RECONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF THE STATE ROAD MARKED DC306 WITH PUT BILIGA STREET IN ZADAR

During mid-March, Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. as the investor started works on the reconstruction and construction of the intersection of the state road D306 with Put Biliga Street in Zadar, in accordance with the Agreement on regulating mutual relations on the reconstruction and construction of the intersection of Put Biliga Street and Hrvatskog sabora Street, signed with the City of Zadar.

The intersection of Hrvatskog Sabora Street and Put Biliga Street is planned as a classic T intersection with left turnstiles.

The project area is approx. 9046 m2. Along with the project, we also have a fitting area on the existing Put Biliga Street of approx. 207 m².

The Street Hrvatskog Sabora is being reconstructed in the length of 342 m. The planned road will have two lanes with a total width of 7 m. Pedestrian traffic will be provided with sidewalks 2 m wide (northeast side of the road) and 2.75 m wide (southwest side of the road). The total transverse profile of the road is at least 11.75 m. In the area of ​​the intersection, a left turnpike of 3.5 m in width has been added, so that in the area of ​​the intersection the width of the total transverse profile reaches 15.25 m.

The driveway from Put Biliga Street is being reconstructed in the length of 227 m. The planned road will have three traffic lanes with a green buffer zone and sidewalks on both sides. The traffic lane from the direction of the Hrvatskog Sabora Street towards Bili Brig is 4 m wide. The two traffic lanes leading to the Hrvatskog Sabora Street are 6.50 m wide (3.25 m each). Green belt is planned between the access lanes and the take-off lanes, 3.50 m wide. A sidewalk is planned along the north side of the street 1.25 m wide whereas on the south side of the driveway a sidewalk with a minimum width of 2.75 m is planned. The total width of the transverse profile of the road is at least 18.05 m.

Due to courtyard entrances, the exit lane from the intersection will maximally follow the level of the existing road, while the access lanes will be leveled in order to reduce the existing longitudinal slope at the intersection. Denivelation will be performed in the green intermediate zone. Acceleration lane 80 m long is provided on the right driveway.
