Basic features of the project

We present to you our new project - a modern high-quality new building located in an exceptional location in Zadar with a beautiful view of the sea. The building offers a comfortable living space, a peaceful environment, excellent transport connections and proximity to all amenities.

It consists of an underground floor with garage spaces and storage, a ground floor (high ground floor), two floors and a roof terrace.
