CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE PRIDRAGA 1 BUSINESS ZONE

Pridraga 1 is a new business some 30 km from Zadar, along the D502 state road in the settlement of Pridraga and 8 km from the Zadar 2 motorway junction, giving it a very suitable position. Though it is intended primarily for commercial and production activities, it can also accommodate other content such as services, commercial and municipal activities. The formation of smaller land lots will be possible in the zone based on actual requirements and which will be fully infrastructurally equipped: thoroughfares, public lighting, electronic communication infrastructure, water, sewage network and electricity network.

The project is co-financed with funds from the European Union – European Regional Development Fund – through the OP competitiveness and cohesion 2014-2020, the tender called Development of Entrepreneurial Zone Infrastructure.
