CONSTRUCTION OF THE CRVENE KUĆE LOCAL COMMITTEE BUILDING
The project encompasses the construction of a multifunctional building, which will house a preschool facility, a medical clinic, and a local committee office.
The preschool facility will be located on the ground floor of the building, with a capacity of up to 80 children, distributed across four educational groups – one nursery group and three kindergarten groups. The ground floor will also accommodate a general practice clinic, designed for one doctor, one nurse, and up to seven patients simultaneously, ensuring primary healthcare services within the local community. The upper floor will house the local committee office, which will include two office spaces, sanitary facilities, and a multifunctional room capable of hosting approximately 60 users. This space will be used for various administrative and social activities. All functional units of the building (preschool, clinic, and local committee office) will have separate, distinct entrances, allowing for safe and uninterrupted access for users, without any overlap between the different functions.
The outdoor area will feature a parking lot, a children’s playground, a square, and sports fields, which, in addition to serving the preschool and local residents, will also be accessible to the nearby school, creating an integrated environment for everyday needs of the community.
The building will be constructed according to energy-efficient building principles and NZEB standards. The space quality will be further enhanced by green, walkable rooftops and skylights, allowing natural light into the building’s interior.
The estimated value of the project is 2.3 million euros, with construction completion expected within 16 months. The building is scheduled for open in autumn 2026.
