RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE OLD TOWN CENTRE – PHASE 2, BENKOVAC

Reconstruction and development of the old town centre is just one of a series of projects in terms of the Benkovac Town Intervention Plan which endeavours to achieve the physical, economic and social revitalisation of the town.

We participated in Phase 2 of the project which includes:

Group 1 – Construction of two residential buildings comprising the ground floor and two storeys
Group 2 – Construction and furbishing of the outside stage and area behind the library and Cultural Centre
Group 3 – Construction of the Minorities Centre, building incorporating a ground floor with a gross floor area (GFA) of 129 m2 along with access to the building and horticulture.

The project is financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds and from the funds of the town of Benkovac.
