RENOVATION OF THE ZORA HOTEL COMPLEX, PRIMOŠTEN MUNICIPALITY

The building is located in the Municipality of Primošten, on the small Raduča peninsula, on the south side of the road that runs through the central part of the peninsula.

The existing hotel complex consists of eleven separate buildings that are interconnected. The subject of this project is the interior decoration of a part of the hotel complex: four buildings (buildings B, C and D) and the main building.

The buildings were built in the same period, with the same technology, and the main goal of the renovation is to achieve a 4-star accommodation that retains all constructive elements, while improving the essential requirements for the building and harmonizing it with current norms.

In the center of the complex is the main building, which houses the hotel's main entrance and reception. In this multi-storey building there are rooms on the upper floors, on the ground floor the entrance, reception and office rooms, while on the basement floors there are restaurants with full, panoramic outdoor terraces, two kitchens and utility rooms. From the basement -2, basement -1 and the ground floor there is direct access to the beach, which is located directly in front of the building itself.

Rooms are located in pavilions B, C and D, while machine rooms and auxiliary rooms, including elevators and central staircases, are located in the basement floors.
