RENOVATION OF VILLA FENC, PRIMOŠTEN MUNICIPALITY
Villa Fenč, a residential and commercial building, and also a cultural monument, is located in the Municipality of Primošten. The scope of the project includes the renovation of the first floor and the attic, where three accommodation units will be provided, while the ground floor will provide a business unit, i.e. a restaurant.
The Use permit for the building was issued back in 1968, and the project does not change the external dimensions of the building (in terms of height and floor plan), but the project will improve the basic requirements for the building and at the same time maintain the building.
