The phase A1-1 has started as the first stage in construction of the communal infrastructure of the Business Zone Crno, funded through the ITU mechanism of EU funds in the total amount of HRK 35.3 million and our company provides the services of Expert Supervision and Work Safety Coordinator.

Phase A1-1 envisages the construction of a road with infrastructure that includes a water supply network, sewage and stormwater drainage, public lighting, DTK and horticultural landscaping of public green areas along the road network corridor.

The construction of the Crno zone represents investment in a completely new entrepreneurial infrastructure in order to attract investments and create opportunities for the development and expansion of entrepreneurship together with the creation of new jobs in Zadar area.
