Construction works in Vela Lamjana fishing harbour in Kali continue through Phase 2
The modernization and extension of the Vela Lamjana fishing port continues through Phase 2, which began at the end of 2022.
Upon completion of this phase, the port of Vela Lamjana in Kali will dispose of an office building with offices, a meeting room, a cloakroom, showers, a laundry room, and an open-type hall for carrying out fishing activities on land, internal road and drainage channel.
The fishing port of Vela Lamjana in Kali on the island of Ugljan, together with the fishing port of Gaženica in Zadar, forms part of the fishing infrastructure as an important determinant of the future of fishing in Croatia.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund.
