Organized by Women in Adria in Zagreb on April 13, 2022, the Conference of Women in Construction, Architecture and Related Industries was held, where, among other things, it was discussed how to make construction more attractive to women.

Jasminka Ćoza, Board member, also gave an interesting and inspiring lecture on the topic: "Force is the cause for a body to move or change its direction" telling about her business (and life) journey, which mistakes she had made, learned and remembered during her career, but also in which "projects with a view" she enjoys.
